I can't find my phone!! Have you seen it?

Introducing Rogers Phone Finder!

Another first only from Rogers! Find lost or misplaced phones with Phone Finder – now included with the Handset Protection Guarantee Program.

Phone Finder Details:

Once again Rogers is the first to launch a new, innovative, national service to help customers find their mobile phone. Phone Finder helps customers find their mobile phone instantly on an interactive map using a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Phone Finder is available to all our postpaid customers as part of the Handset Protection Guarantee. Customers get 5 free look-ups per month and pay only $0.20 per additional look-up. This service is available on all phones, so no need to download an app unlike other similar services available.

How does it Work?
To use the service customers must register by signing-up on the Rogers Phone Finder portal at  www.rogersphonefinder.com
  • Customers provide their mobile number and a valid email address.
  • Once registered, they will receive a text message on their mobile phone. They should reply to the text message with ‘ALLOW’ to complete their registration.
  • If they misplace their phone, all they need do is log into the Rogers Phone Finder portal and click “locate my phone”. As long as their phone is on or within the Rogers network footprint, it will provide the location of their phone right on the map.

Features and Benefits

  • Supports all mobile phones – this means that all our postpaid customers can use this service.
  • No app required – it’s easy to use. Simply register on the Rogers Phone Finder portal.
  • Leverages the Rogers network and the device’s Assisted GPS – customers can find their phone whether they are indoors or outdoors.
